The Deck has been known for hosting the most exciting, private parties -many of them with over 400 people who will remember that night for the rest of their year. The venue, located in Highland Park, was created with our own hands, piece by piece. A few times a year, we open the place up to everybody so that you all can share and enjoy our creativity and passion. We go all out with our special facilities, security and bartenders -all of course are free of charge for everybody in attendance. Staying with our philosophy about giving something different yet endearing to the people, the music we play is also unlike any normal house party or club. We play music that makes you feel good, because that is the best kind. For over 5 years we have been doing the same thing -making people happy- because we know that of all the satisfying things in life, happiness and friends are the most important.

SUMMARY: 07.03.10 - The Deck presents A Pajama Cranberry Vodka Party 2010 Trailer
COMMENTS: There wasn't enough footage to put a collage of videos together like always. I wanted to make a short or a music video instead. I brought the idea to Shahabi over at a house party in Alhambra, he suggested Arash - Arash; a persian song, of course I was down. We shot on Monday, June 28, 2010 for about 2 hours, edited on the 29th, and it was done on the 30th. You can see that parts of the video doesn't really make sense, but I guess it doesn't really matter if you know Micheal Shahabi and The Deck. We didn't have a steadicam for the shot, it was all hand held mostly, except for 1 dolley shot in the beginning and a couple of tripod shots. The slow motion was not filmed in 60p, but stretched from 24p, that's why there's blurry motion. Fuck it. Lots of laughs in the making though, nothing was rehearsed, Shahabi naturally had it. I hope you all enjoy it.
